St Catherines employs over eighty staff covering qualified, registered nurses (I & II), care (NVQ qualified), catering staff (food hygiene qualified), domestic, laundry and maintenance staff. All staff must complete a written application form, provide references and undergo an interview and a Criminal Records check before employment.

We offer the best rates of pay and working conditions within Sheffield to our qualified staff and provide on-going prep support.

Other staff are given appropriate training leading to a nationally recognised vocational qualifications.
